complaint letter rough draft
| E-mail: rsheriff@hawaii.edu |
Dear rich Sheriff
I have been going to your athletic events for nine years. Each time I go to one of your sporting events you provide the different events and sell very appetizing food such as Teri burgers & fries, chicken tenders, and your Bumbucha nachos.
But for the last couple of years it seems that your prices and the quality of your food has not be adequate. The lines for food are shorter. Some of the fans do not purchase food from your vendors because the prices are to high or feel that the food isn't worth the cost.
So my suggestion is to adjust your prices to make the food affordable. Because of the cost and the decrease in quality, I prefer to eat at home, before the games, where it's cheaper and better quality. I already pay $6.00 for parking and $5 - 16.00/ticket. To eat at the Stan Sheriff center would cost an additional $9.00 for four pieces of chicken which is the size of two fingers and just a handle full of french fires. Minimum wage is $7.25/hr. For an adult to attend one event and eat there, the minimum wage worker would have to work 5 hours to cover the costs. For a high school student, I'd have to work 4 hours to attend one event. A student can only work 20 hours a week so he or she would really have to think hard about attending an event there.
If you want higher attendance at the Stan Sheriff Center, please take into consideration lowering the prices of the food that it is sold at your athletic events.
Sincerely,
Isaiah
